  1. The 1960 Groot from “Tales to Astonish” #13 was a different character than
    the Guardians Groot. They are both from the same planet and of the same
    species. The Guardians Groot with the limited vocabulary didn’t appear
    until “Annihilation: Conquest – Starlord” #1 in 2007.

  2. I like how in the cartoon he has a non manly high pitch screechy voice. Now
    if only he would yell “Feeeheehee heeeneh!”
